According to reports, Leah Bullock was driving on Highway 36 with Brein Bullock and Breanbon Gardner as her passengers. Reports indicate that this was when an 18-wheeler collided with a bridge on Highway 90 and as a result debris smashed on top of Bullock’s vehicle. Gardner was reportedly not injured. Leah Bullock is reportedly in critical condition and we hope she makes a speedy recovery. Brein Bullock died as a result of the extreme injuries she sustained in the accident. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and families of the Bullock’s.

What was the cause of the accident? Was anyone distracted or under the influence? Are there any other factors missing from this report?

It is always sad to hear about truck collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits.
