A two car crash accident in Grimes County, Texas claims the life of Harley Mulllenix , a 20 year old Plantersville volunteer firefighter Saturday. The car accident happened after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday near FM 1774 and county road 302 in Grimes County, Texas. According to law enforcement authorities, the driver of the PT cruiser was making a turn on to county road 302 when the 17 year old driver of a Chevy Tahoe slammed into the back of the cruiser causing severe injuries. Motorcycle accident in Gilpin County, Colorado results in fatality.

Two people on a motorcycle died Sunday morning in Gilpin County, Colorado after colliding with a Jeep on Highway 119, three miles south of Blackhawk. According to law enforcement, the Jeep was headed southbound on CO 119 when it crossed into oncoming northbound traffic. The driver of the Jeep was taken to the hospital in unknown condition. Demitrie Zanta Tubbs died in 18-Wheeler and 4-Vehicle Wreck

On January 6, 2015, a Robertson County woman was killed in a four-vehicle accident on I-45 in Leon County, Texas. Demitrie Zanta Tubbs, a passenger in the Dodge Journey driven by Altovise Tubbs, died at the accident site. The driver was transported to the St. Joseph Health Center in Madisonville for medical treatment. Altovise Tubbs was reported to be in stable condition the day after the accident. Sadly, it was reported that Altovise sustained incapacitating injuries.

Juanita & Felicia Jowers of Falfurrias, TX involved in fatal car accident.

Reports out of Kingsville, Texas indicate that 58-year-old Juanita Norris Jowers, a passenger, 22-year-old Felicia Jowers, and her one-year-old girl were killed in a car accident. The automobile wreck happended around 1:30 p.m. on South Highway 141 east of U.S. 281 in Kingsville. Police officials indicate that the driver of a Hyundai car went into the direction of the eastbound lane. It then hit the an 18-wheeler truck. This resulted in a head-on collision. All of the people in the car were from Falfurrias. The tractor-trailer driver was not injured.

Texas prison bus crashes into train, several inmates and officers die.

Reports coming out of Odessa, Texas indicate that several inmates and correctional officers are dead as the result of a bus accident. While an investigation should continue, preliminary reports indicate that the prison bus skidded off an icy Texas highway. The correctional officers that died have been idenfied as Christopher David, Eligo Garcia. The inmates have been identified as Byron Wilson, Tyler Townsend, Jesus Reyna, Kaleb Wise, Adolfo Ruiz, Michael Sewart, Angel Vasquez and Jeremiah Rodriguez. We understand that the families of the inmates and officers may have plenty of questions. They may be wondering whether the driver was keeping a proper lookout. They may also be wondering if the driver failed to drive at the proper rate of speed knowing of the road conditions. We suspect that after the bus skidded, it slid down an embankment and collided with a passing freight train Wednesday. After the bus collided with the train, the crash resulted in eight dead inmates and two corrections officers. The bus driver dies as well. The overpass on Interstate 20 was icy when the bus left the roadway in Penwell, just west of Odessa. Some of the prisoners were ejected from the bus after it struck the train. Who the families of the inmates and officers have a wrongful death case?
