Enrique Mendoza died in a car accident in Hopkins County, Texas. Three other people were hurt. The unfortunate incident occurred on June 5, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

Reports indicate that a truck was driving on Highway 19 and proceeded to veer off of the road. In attempts to get back on the road, the driver overturned his wheel and crashed into Mendoza’s vehicle in the opposite lanes.
