Debenaire Bell died in a Tyler, Texas motorcycle accident

On Behalf of | Jun 15, 2016 | Wrongful Death |

Debenaire Bell died in a motorcycle accident in Tyler, Texas. There was a UT Health Northeast bus involved with the accident. The unfortunate incident occurred on June 9, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, Bell was driving his motorcycle on Loop 323 when he veered into the opposite lanes and crashed into the UT Health Northeast bus. Bell died as a result of the extreme injuries he sustained. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and families of Bell. We also hope that if anyone else was injured they make a speedy recovery.

What was the cause of the accident? Are there any other factors missing from this report? Were there any other injuries reported?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits.
