Casey Harrell died in a Conroe, Texas car accident

| Apr 29, 2016 | Wrongful Death |

Casey Harrell died in a car accident in Conroe, Texas. Kelly Pennock, Jesus Moreno Jr., and Maria Ibarra died in the crash as well. The unfortunate incident occurred on April 19, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, Pennock and Harrell were riding in a vehicle on Farm-to-Market 3083 with one child. Ibarra and Moreno Jr. were reportedly in a vehicle with three other kids. Reports indicate that Harrell was driving and tried to cross in front of a vehicle and collided head-on with the car Moreno Jr. was driving. All of the children were seriously hurt and taken to receive emergency medical treatment. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and families of Harrell, Pennock, Moreno Jr., and Ibarra. We also hope that all of the four children make a speedy recovery.

What was the cause of the fatal accident? Was anyone distracted or under the influence? Are there any other factors missing from this report?

It is always sad to hear about car collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death lawsuits.
