Car accidents are not uncommon in San Antonio.
A man was involved in a fatal single-person car accident. Law enforcement believes that the accident occurred at about 5 AM in the 500 block of Essex, near Pine Street. According to the police, the man was trying to get his truck out of the way in his driveway. He was in another car at this time. The truck escaped and though the man attempted to get out of its way, he was not able to do so and was run over.
Our thoughts and hearts go out to the victims’ families and communities. We imagine that they may have been deeply affected by these accidents. We can also imagine that they may have many questions. In the first accident, was there only one car involved? Did the car collide with anything? Is this a case where filing a wrongful death claim would be appropriate? Families who have lost loved ones in car accidents could benefit from hiring a lawyer. A personal injury attorney can help the family of victims understand their options and legal rights.
