Our hearts and thoughts go out to the victims’ families and communities and we deeply hope that those hospitalized have speedy recoveries. We understand that the victims’ families may have many questions. In the second accident, what was the cause of the collision? Did the driver see the boy on his bicycle? Was the boy following the laws of the road? In the case of the third accident, why did the driver lose control of the car? Was there a vehicle malfunction? Could the first two cases trigger wrongful death claims? Families that have lost loved ones can contact a personal injury attorney who may be able to review with them their rights and options.
