Raquel Nazario was also involved in a fatal motorcycle accident in Houston. According to law enforcement, the accident occurred at about 2:30 AM in the 200 block of FM 1960 near East Gatewick. The driver of the motorcycle was on the road when he hit the curb of the median and lost control of the vehicle. Both him and his passenger, Nazario, were thrown from the motorcycle. Nazario died from the injuries she sustained in the accident while the driver was hospitalized with severe injuries.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to the victims’ families who we imagine have been deeply saddened by these accidents. We also sincerely hope that those hospitalized have speedy recoveries. We urge families who have encountered similar situations to contact a personal injury attorney who may be able to help explain their options and rights. We wonder if in the second situation, that case could trigger a wrongful death claim. It is also incredibly important to remember to be extremely careful when riding a motorcycle and to use the correct safety precautions and protection.
