Our hearts and thoughts go out to the victim’s family. We imagine that they have been deeply saddened by this accident and that they may have many questions. We wonder if this incident might potentially trigger a wrongful death case.

As you can imagine, car accidents of these kinds are not uncommon in Texas.

The car was eastward when the driver seemed to lose control and ended up flipping over and landing on top of another car. The couple was taken to the hospital, while the driver of the other car did not seem to sustain any injuries.

We sincerely hope that the victims of the accident recover quickly. We understand that their families may have many questions. Why did the driver lose control of the car? Was there a vehicle malfunction? Was there something in the road that the driver was attempting to avoid?
