Paul Yuen died in El Paso, Texas motorcycle accident

| Aug 2, 2016 | Wrongful Death |

Paul Yuen died in a motorcycle accident in El Paso, Texas. Aaron Terrazas was the other driver involved and Veronica Martinez was injured. The unfortunate incident occurred on July 31, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, Yuen was riding his motorcycle on Paisano Dr. when Terrazas failed to yield the right of way to Yuen and collided with his motorcycle. Terrazas’ passenger, Martinez, was injured and we hope she makes a speedy recovery. Yuen died as a result of the extreme injuries he sustained in the accident. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and families of Yuen.

What was the cause of the accident? Was anyone distracted or under the influence? Are there any other factors missing from this report?

It is always sad to hear about fatal collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits.
