Angela Ruiz died in a car accident in Weatherford, Texas. Another woman and a child were injured in the accident as well. The unfortunate incident occurred on March 9, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, Ruiz was driving her vehicle on Farm to Market 51. Reports indicate that this was when her vehicle spun out of control and crashed into a truck. A woman and child were hurt and taken to receive emergency medical treatment. Ruiz died as a result of the extreme injuries she sustained. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and family of Ruiz and the others involved.

It is always sad to hear about fatal car accidents, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

What really was the cause of the accident? Are there any other factors missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits.
