Kyle Frisbie died in Pflugerville, Texas motorcycle accident

On Behalf of | Feb 8, 2016 | Wrongful Death |

Kyle Frisbie died in a motorcycle accident in Pflugerville, Texas. Timothy McCabe died in the accident as well. The unfortunate incident occurred on January 4, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death lawsuit, especially upon the results of the investigation.

According to reports, McCabe was turning onto West Howard Ln after leaving a lot. Then the report states that McCabe pulled out in front of Frisbie’s motorcycle. The author believes that Frisbie, not being able to prevent it, crashed into the side of McCabe’s vehicle. Frisbie and McCabe died as a result of the extreme injuries they sustained. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of those involved.

It is always sad to hear about car collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

What really caused the vehicles to crash? Could anything have been done to prevent this accident? What other factors are missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death lawsuits.
