Carolyn Lewis died in a Grand Prairie, Texas car accident. Carolyn Adkison and Thomas Lewis died in the accident as well. The incident occurred on the George Bush Turnpike on February 4, 2016. According to reports, a vehicle was traveling on Interstate 20. Then the author believes that for an unknown reason that vehicle veered from the highway and collided with an armored automobile.
