Two cars were traveling down Southeast Military at a high rate of speed. It is believed that those two vehicles were racing. One of the two cars that were racing could not maintain charge of his vehicle and crashed into a truck. There were two people in the truck that were hurt in the accident. Garcia and Feilen both died as a result of their critical injuries from the impact of the collision. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to those involved and their family and friends.

It is truly sad to hear about this car collision. The highways and roadways are a place where unpredictable moments occur. That is why it is important to drive safely and adhere to the speed limits that are in place to aid in ensuring safety.

Why were the cars racing? Was anyone other the influence or distracted? What other factors are missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits.
