Tevyn Gadson was killed and Lawrence Heath, Cedrick Brooks, Danielle Dallas, and a teenage girl were hurt in a golf cart accident in Levy County. The accident occurred on November 1, 2015. We would anticipate that this case may result in a personal injury case, especially if evidence proves that the motorcycle driver was at fault.

A golf cart containing Lawrence Heath, Danielle Dallas, Cedrick Brooks, and a teenage girl were riding on County Road 331A. Once the golf cart reached near the intersection of Northeast 42nd Place, a motorcycle being driven by Tevyn Gadson collided in the back of the golf cart.

Gadson was taken to the hospital where he passed away. Heath, Dallas, Brooks, and the teenage girl were all taken to the hospital. They reportedly suffered critical injuries. Our hearts and prayers go out to all of their family and friends.

The reports indicate that Gadson was driving at high speeds when the collision occurred. Accidents that could have possibly been prevented are truly sad. The roadways are a place where unpredictable situations frequently occur. That is why safety and adhering to the laws is very important.

Although the police have their own reports, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury lawsuits.
