Two males hospitalized after hit-and-run motorcycle crash

On Behalf of | Oct 5, 2015 | Car Accidents |

Two males are injured after a motorcycle crash in San Antonio. The horrific accident occurred on the night of October 2, 2015. We would anticipate that this case may result in a personal injury lawsuit, especially if evidence proves that the other driver was at fault.

The two men were riding on their motorcycle on WW White Road. Suddenly, a truck attempted to turn in front of the motorcycle and caused the collision. Upon the crash, both men were thrown from the motorcycle. The driver of the truck continued to keep driving after the car accident. The occupants of the bike both had to be carried to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. It is reported that they are both in critical condition. We extend our hearts and prayers to both injured men and their family and friends.

Hearing about hit-and-runs are always beyond disappointing. It is heartbreaking to know that the driver of the truck didn’t find it in his heart to stop after injuring two men.

It is reported that the driver of the truck has yet to be found. The police are still investigating into the accident for more information. Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that those involved and family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that those injured, family, and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury lawsuits.
