Our hearts and thoughts go out to the victim’s family, who we imagine have been deeply affected by this tragedy. We wonder if this case could trigger a wrongful death claim. We encourage families who have experienced similar situations to contact a personal injury attorney who may be able to clarify their rights and options. Driving while intoxicated is incredibly dangerous because the risk for colliding with another vehicle is much higher.
