Daniel Moran, 22, was killed in a workplace accident in Argyle, Texas. The accident occurred at Argyle High School where another accident had taken place earlier. According to law enforcement, Jose Moran, Daniel's father, was driving a truck that was hauling two trailers. Daniel was guiding his father from the back and he got stuck by the tires of the last trailer. This caused him to get run over by the 18-wheeler.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the victim's family and community, who we imagine have been devastated by this tragedy. We encourage families who may have experienced similar situations to contact a personal injury attorney. A personal injury attorney may be able to clarify a family's rights and options concerning such an accident.

A man was killed in a fatal motorcycle accident in Texarkana, Texas. According to law enforcement, the accident occurred on East 7th Street. Peyton Glenn, 18, was reported to have been driving over four lanes of traffic in order to turn onto Laurel Drive, when she collided with a motorcycle. The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital where he later died of his injuries. Glenn has been cited for careless driving.

We wonder if this case could trigger a wrongful death claim. It is extremely important to be careful while driving and to pay attention to where one is headed. It is especially important to pay closer attention for motorcycles, bicyclists, and pedestrians as a car driver because they are not as visible as a car.
