Reports out of Kenedy County, Texas indicate that a head-on car accident claimed the life of a 53-year old man in Karnes County. He was from Bishop, Texas. One of the passengers in the Ford pickup, Juan Beltran was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two individuals inside the Ford truck were taken to a hospital in San Antonio. The Karnes County accident happened in the morning a few days ago on Highway 79. According to authorities, a Nissan truck was traveling northbound on Highway 792. It hit a guard railing, which caused it to enter into the opposite lane where it hit a Ford truck head-on.
