Candace Randle died in a car accident in Flint, Texas. Two other people were hurt in the accident as well. The fatal and unfortunate crash occurred on December 2, 2015. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.
One vehicle was driving on Old Jacksonville Hwy and veered into the middle lane to try to turn into the parking lot of an establishment. Another car that was headed on Old Jacksonville Hwy in the opposite direction veered into the middle lane as well and then tried to veer out of the middle lane once the driver saw the first car. When the driver tried to veer out of the middle lane, another car on the highway collided into the back of the other car. That collision sent that car into the opposite-directed lanes and caused another accident. Two people in the crash had to receive medical treatment for their injuries. Randle died as a result of her extreme injuries. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to those involved and Randle’s family and friends.
It is always sad to hear about car collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.
Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.
The facts of this case may support a wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death lawsuits.
