On Behalf of | Nov 5, 2015 | Car Accidents |

Shirley Faison and Grace Davis are injured and David Hokanson is dead after a car accident in Greenville, Florida. This unfortunate incident occurred on the morning of November 3, 2015 in Madison County. We would anticipate that this case may result in a personal injury lawsuit, especially if evidence proves that the other driver was at fault.

Hokanson was headed down Highway 90 in his car. He spiraled out of control and into the other lane in the opposite direction of traffic. Then he ended up colliding with a car containing Faison and Davis. Hokanson died because of his extreme injuries. Faison and Davis were taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

It is always sad to hear about car collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

Although the police have their own reports, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury lawsuits.
