Members of the band, The Ghost Inside, and other passengers were injured in a head-on bus accident in El Paso, Texas. Both drivers, Gregory Hoke and Steven Cunningham, died in the accident. This fatal accident occurred on November 20, 2015. We would anticipate that this case may result in a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit.
