Ami Lee Spafford died in a car accident near Kosse, Texas. Jerry Don Sims died in the accident as well. The unfortunate incident occurred on August 10, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.
