Janie Sawyer died in a car accident in Marion County, Texas. Nancy McCartan was injured in the accident. The unfortunate incident occurred on August 1, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.
