On Behalf of | Jun 1, 2016 | Wrongful Death |

Fateh Singh was involved in a truck accident in El Paso, Texas. Two females died in the crash. The unfortunate incident occurred on May 23, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, Singh was driving his truck and did not slow down with the flow of traffic. Reports indicate that this was when he crashed into the back of the car two women were riding in. They both died as a result of the extreme injuries they sustained. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and families of the two women that died.

There were a total of six additional cars that were involved and six people were taken to receive medical treatment.

What was the cause of the accident? Was anyone distracted or under the influence? Are there any other factors missing from this report?

It is always sad to hear about car collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits.
