Sandra Redden died in a Stockdale, Texas car accident

On Behalf of | Apr 1, 2016 | Wrongful Death |

Sandra Redden died in a car accident in Stockdale, Texas. Charles Redden and Ladonna Speer died in the accident as well. The unfortunate incident occurred on March 27, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a personal injury wrongful death lawsuit, especially once this investigation is complete.

According to reports, Charles Redden was driving his vehicle on Texas 123 with Sandra Redden as his passenger. Reports indicate that for an unknown reason Charles lost control of the truck and crashed into another truck. As a result of that accident another truck allegedly collided with the initial accident. Two people were hurt in the accident and taken to receive emergency medical treatment. Speer, Charles Redden, and Sandra Redden died as a result of the extreme injuries they sustained in the accident. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and family of Speer and the Redden’s.

Why did the driver lose control? Are there any other factors missing from this report? What was the actual cause of this fatal accident?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury and wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits.
