Peter Hacking died in a Wylie, Texas car accident. Two kids died in the crash as well. The unfortunate incident took place on April 1, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, a van was on Highway 78 and for an unknown reason the driver lost the abiity to control the van. Reports indicate that this was when the driver veered into the opposite lanes and crashed with another vehicle. Hacking and two kids died in the crash. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and families of Hacking and the children.

What was the cause of the  fatal accident? What caused the driver to lose control of the van? Are there any other factors missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death lawsuits.
