Nathanial Boado died in a Kyle, Texas 18-wheeler accident. Ivan Trujillo and Michael Garcia were injured in the crash as well. The unfortunate incident occurred on April 8, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, an 18-wheeler was driving on Interstate 35 close to Yarrington Rd. when it crashed into the rear of the truck Boado was driving. That initial incident allegedly caused Boado’s truck to collide with another 18-wheeler in front of his truck and then his truck caught on fire. Boado had two passengers in his vehicle which were Trujillo and Garcia. Trujillo and Garcia were both seriously hurt in the accident and were taken to receive emergency medical treatment. Boado died as a result of the extreme injuries he sustained. Our hearts and prayers go out Boado’s family and friends. We also hope that Trujillo and Garcia make a speedy recovery.

What was the cause of the accident? Was anyone distracted or under the influence? Are there any other factors missing from this report?

It is always sad to hear about car collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits.
