Brittany Dawn Grove died in a car accident in Coleman County, Texas. Roberto A. Rodriguez died in the crash as well. The unfortunate incident occurred on April 18, 2016.We would anticipate that this case may result in a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, Rodriguez was driving on Highway 84 and for an unknown reason could no longer control his vehicle. Reports indicate that this was when he collided with Grove’s vehicle and another accident followed that initial crash. A passenger in Rodriguez’s vehicle was hurt and his injuries are reportedly critical. Another person was hurt in the crash as well.
