Gina Longshore died in Forney, Texas car accident. Thomas Rutledge and Alfonso Flores died in the accident as well. The unfortunate incident occurred on March 5, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.
