Tejal Gibson and Harris injured in Fort Worth accident

On Behalf of | Feb 3, 2016 | Personal Injury -- Plaintiff |

Tejal Gibson and Harris were injured in a head-on car accident in Fort Worth, Texas. Ray Harris and Steven Bell were also injured in the crash. The incident occurred on January 31, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may lead to a personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, a trailer truck was on Highway 67 and was about to turn before being head-on collided with by a van. Reports indicate that the van was driving the other direction and veered into the lane. It is also being reported that Gibson and Harris were taken to the hospital and their condition is serious. Ray Harris was also taken to receive treatment and his condition is reportedly stable. Bell was taken to the hospital, but has been released. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to those involved and their family and friends.

Why did the van reportedly veer into the opposite lane? Was there anything that could have prevented the accident? What factors are missing from the report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury lawsuits.
