The author believes this was when Franco veered into the opposite lanes and collided with a truck driven by Sanchez. Sanchez was transported to the hospital and he is reportedly seriously hurt. Franco died as a result of the extreme injuries he suffered. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to those involved and their friends and family. We also hope that Sanchez makes a speedy recovery.

It is always sad to hear about car collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

What really caused the vehicles to crash with one another? Could anything have been done to prevent this accident? What other factors are missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury or wrongful death lawsuits.
