Michael Terry died in a Buchanan Dam, Texas accident

On Behalf of | Feb 8, 2016 | Car Accidents |

Michael Terry died in a Buchanan Dam, Texas accident. Jason Hedden was the other driver involved in the accident. The fatal incident occurred on January 3, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death lawsuit.

According to reports, Hedden was driving on Highway 29 and crashed into a car being driven by Terry. Hedden was injured and taken to receive emergency medical treatment. His condition is reportedly stable. Terry died as a result of the extreme injuries he sustained. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to those involved and their friends and families.

It is always sad to hear about car collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

What really caused the vehicles to crash? Could anything have been done to prevent this accident? What other factors are missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits.
