Kristi Anne Moss died in an El Paso, Texas car accident

On Behalf of | Feb 2, 2016 | Wrongful Death |

Kristi Anne Moss died in an El Paso, Texas car accident. Josie Elizalde was the other driver involved in the accident. The incident occurred on January 17, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

Elizalde was driving and allegedly turned to get on Mesa Rd. and failed to yield to traffic. Reports indicate that when Elizalde turned she collided with Moss’ vehicle. Elizalde was not hurt in the accident. Moss was transported to receive emergency medical treatment where she succumbed to her critical injuries. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and family of Moss.

It is always sad to hear about car collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

Why did the driver allegedly fail to yield? Who was in the wrong and who was in the right? What other factors are missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death lawsuits.
