On Behalf of | Nov 2, 2015 | Car Accidents |

Two students of Sherman Elementary are injured after a school bus accident in Houston, Texas. This unfortunate incident happened on November 2, 2015. We would anticipate that this case may result in a personal injury lawsuit, especially once evidence shows who was at fault.

A group of students were riding on a school bus going to their field trip. The school bus crashed into a vehicle while downtown on Franklin and St. Emanuel. Two students were taken to the hospital to have their possible injuries evaluated. We hope the students are going to be okay and recover speedily. Our hearts and prayers go out them, their family, and their friends.

It is very saddening to hear about another school bus accident. It seems that recently there have been frequent bus accidents. This issue is one that needs to be addressed, because safety of children is very important.

The Houston Police Department is investigating this accident to gain more information. Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury lawsuits.
