A motorcyclist died in a wrong-way accident with a drunk driver in Round Rock, Texas. This fatal accident occurred on November 12, 2015. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death lawsuit, especially since the wrong-way driver was charged.

John McClintock was driving in the opposite direction of traffic on Interstate 35. Police officers had received a tip phone call about McClintock driving the wrong way. The police were trying to get his attention so he could stop driving the wrong direction, but reports state that McClintock didn’t see them. Shortly after that McClintock crashed with a motorcycle.
