Three people are dead and three people are hospitalized after a horrific head-on collision in Comanche County. The fatal incident occurred on October 3, 2015. We would anticipate that this case may result in wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits.

Randy Kite Sr. was driving with Kylee Kite and Randy Kite Jr. on State Highway 36. Johnece Denette Shaw was driving with Linda Roch Sims and Jazmine Williams. It is reported that Kite veered over into approaching traffic colliding head-on with Shaw’s automobile. Randy Don Kite Sr., Kylee Kite, and Jazmine Williams died at the scene of the fatal collision. Randy Don Kite Jr., Shaw, and Sims had to be taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. All three people are reported to be dealing with critical injuries. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family and friends of those injured and those that passed away as a result of the accident.

It is always a sad moment when tragedy happens unexpectedly. The streets and highways are always a place where it is impossible to guess what is going to occur next. It is just very heartbreaking that this tragedy occurred and I just hope that the friends and families stay strong during this tough time.

The police are still investigating into this accident. Although they are looking into the accident, their findings cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding these types of lawsuits.
