Eric Sanders and his girlfriend are injured after a car collides intentionally with their motorcycle in Granbury, Texas. The incident occurred October 17, 2015. We would anticipate that this case will result in a personal injury lawsuit, especially in light of the evidence.

Eric Sanders was driving his motorcycle with his girlfriend on a two-lane road in Granbury. Sanders attempts to pass the car driven by William Crum. Crum proceeds to intentionally steer over into the other lane crashing into the motorcycle. Sanders was injured in the crash. His girlfriend had to be taken to the hospital for treatment for her injuries. Our hearts and prayers go out to their family and friends.

The whole accident was caught on video and Crum can be heard saying that he doesn’t care after hitting them. That is such a heinous statement to make after injuring two people. They could have been extremely hurt and that is definitely something he should care about.

Crum was arrested and charged with two account of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He has to realize the consequences of his rash actions. The roadways are a dangerous place enough as it is without drivers intentionally hurting other drivers.

There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury lawsuits.
