On Behalf of | Aug 15, 2015 | Wrongful Death |

Kyle police have identified a motorcyclist killed in a crash on Interstate 35 Friday as Grear. He was a resident of Gibson County, Tennessee. Grear collided with a 2005 Honda Accord. The Honda vehicle was driven by Kelly Watson. Watson is a Round Rock resident and 37 years old. A police official has reported that both drivers were travelling southbound in Kyle near Center Street before the motorcycle accident.

Watson suffered non-life threatening injuries. Our hearts and prayers go out to Grear’s family. Paramedics arrived at the scene of the accident and performed their work. No charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing. Final reports usually take a while to perform. Therefore, it may take a while for the family to have the final results. It may take several weeks. Attorneys also perform their own investigation in addition to the law enforcement investigators. We like helping families and helping them obtain the answers to their questions.

According to reports, Watson was either changing lanes or accidentally veered into Grear’s motorcycle, causing him to crash into a concrete embankment and be thrown into northbound lanes of the interstate. Grear was pronounced dead at the scene. Grear’s family may have a wrongful death case.
