Eric Royster, an employee with Atlas Van Lines, died in a recent Harrison County truck accident after 18-wheeler crashed into him on I-20. The incident occurred near Waskom and Scottsville, Texas. After the man got out of his vehicle, another 18-wheeler truck driver stuck him, which resulted in his death and a possible wrongful death case. Why did this truck driver strike him?
