Police officials in Lubbock, Texas are investigating a deadly car accident that involved a single-vehicle. The unfortunate accident resulted in the death of a  a New Braunfels teenager. The passenger of the vehicle has been identified as 19-year old Dakota Wayne Beck of New Braunfels. Dakota died at the scene.  The driver was identified as, 19-year old, Adam Juan Medina, also of New Braunfels.   According to Texas DPS official, the potential wrongful death accident  happened  after 5am this past Saturday. The area where the incident occurred is generally described as the intersection of FM 835 and East County Road 71-hundred in Lubbock. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family and friends of this young lost Texan.

According to sources, the car that the teens were traveling in was headed northbound when it went off of the roadway and into a sideways skid in the bar ditch, striking a road sign and a telephone pole.

We suspect that the families of the teenagers involved in this accident may have questions about how the fatal car accident occurred. While police authorities usually conduct their own investigation and put out their own reports, these reports are not always 100% accurate. This is the case especially when the investigating officers did not personally witness the accident or when there are no witnesses. Attorney often hire private investigators and accidents reconstruction experts to determine the true case of the accident. They also ask questions like: Did the airbag deploy? If not, why not?
