Possible Wrongful Death Accident on Woodward in Houston

A potential wrongful death accident occurred on July 10, 2013 in Houston, Texas. The car accident occurred on 8200 Woodard at about 2:10 p.m. The deceased female was 22 years old. Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences investigated the identity of the woman. The officers that made the report reported that the woman who died in the car accident was driving a gray Buick Rendezvous northbound on Woodard while the driver of a blue Pontiac Bonneville was traveling eastbound on Stassen in Houston, Texas.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the Pontiac's driver was taken to the hospital for treatment. While the police believe that a stop sign was obscured by hanging tree branches, it is worth investigating the speed of the driver of the Pontiac. If the car crash was so great that it killed the young 22 year old lady, how fast was the Pontiac going? Was she speeding? Was it her fault? These are questions worth investigating. Is this a wrongful death case?

Automobile accidents are the leading cause in personal injury and death in the United States. There are almost three million injuries and over 40,000 deaths each year. In 2005, 3,504 people perished in automobile accidents that occurred on the roads and highways of Texas.

If you know someone that was killed in a car accident do to the negligence of someone else or if you want to investigate negligence, call an experienced Texas person injury lawyer that knows car accident law. The family suffering from a wrongful death should be made a priority by law enforcement, investigators and the family's lawyer. We want to help.

If there was suppose to be a stop sign covered by trees i feel like the City Of
Houston play a part in this. They should maintenance the trees in the areas that
are needed. They should be held accountable too.Second that is a residential
area, she had to have been speeding in order to have killed my girl.If she wasn't
speeding she could have maybe suffered some broken bones. I don't care what
has been said ,the state and the other driver should step up and face their
responsibility and give our family closure. REST IN PEACE.WE LOVE YOU.
