Injury lawyer explains Carnival Cruise Passenger accident case

The man who fell to his death on a Carnival cruise ship may have suffered from a brain injury and spine injuries as the result of the fall. In Galveston, Texas, sources have now confirmed the name of the man who fell to his death Tuesday aboard a Carnival Magic cruise ship. The fall may have caused a brain injury, personal injury. The family may have a wrongful death claim.

“Oracle” company confirms that the man who fell from the balcony of his cabin on the cruise ship is one of its employees, Chris Carter. HE was 39 years old.

it is reported that he died in the early morning hours.  It is also reported that he was sitting on the railing of his cabin balcony when he fell and landed on the open deck three decks below his cabin. Authorities should continue to investigate and determine whether it was the result of a wrongful death accident. The cruise ship should investigate the personal injury incident further. The man probably suffered from a brain injury after the fall that resulted in his death.

The cruise was in the Gulf of Mexico headed to Mahogany Bay.
