David Augustus has broad experience in complex business litigation in both federal and state courts. His experience spans from representing individual clients involved in business disputes to representing thousands of people as counsel in several securities and consumer fraud class and mass tort actions. He brings strong negotiation skills to transactions and matters involving the resolution of litigation disputes.
David works to develop value-driven solutions to his clients' complex problems. He also strives to develop creative and practical results. David brings his trial experience to help compliment litigation strategies. David's litigation experience allows him to achieve early and immediate assessment of the issues and the strategic evaluation of cases.
In addition to his litigation experience, David has advised numerous businesses and business owners concerning a wide variety of legal issues, including business formation, real estate transactions, employment issues, asset purchase and license agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management, debt collection, and bankruptcy.
David is also an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and enjoys advising and supporting social entrepreneurs as part of his legal practice.
