| Richard D. Weaver is the principal attorney in The Weaver Law Firm. He obtained his B.A. in English/Professional Writing from Baylor University and received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. He has established a background in complex business litigation and medical malpractice defense after working with one of Houston’s top law firms in the field. Weaver has successfully represented large corporations and plaintiffs in products liability litigation. Weaver focuses his practice in business and real estate related litigation. Weaver also enjoys the transactional side of business and real estate law. |

Builders and developers rely on Mr. Weaver for consultation on restrictive real estate situations and on real estate development projects. In addition, Weaver assists real estate investors, corporate entities and business owners by drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and residential real estate purchase and lease agreements. |
| Weaver has authored and published several law and business related articles for Texans. Weaver currently serves as a Director on The Houston Young Lawyers Foundation – Board of Directors, which supports and encourages education and programs that promote and aid an improved system for the administration of justice in Harris County, Texas and assist those in need. Weaver served on the Economic Development Committee of the Galleria Chamber of Commerce (2003-04), the Committee for the Family Life Center at Second Baptist Church (2005-06), and is member of the American and Houston bar associations.
