| Jaime
E. Rocha was born in McAllen, Texas. He graduated from
Rice University in 1995 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering
and B.A. in Religious Studies. He received his Doctorate
of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in
2002.
While in law school, Mr. Rocha was
a member of the South Texas Law Review, Phi Delta Phi
Legal Fraternity and the 2001 Judge John R. Brown National
Admiralty Law Moot Court National Championship team.
Mr. Rocha was also on the Dean’s List and recognized
for receiving the highest grade in International Civil
Litigation. |
