On Behalf of | Apr 1, 2016 | Wrongful Death |

Pamela Mendoza died in a car accident in Dallas, Texas. Bryan Mendoza and Lizbeth Mendoza died in the accident as well. Xavier Taylor and Maricela Mendoza were the two drivers involved in the fatal accident. The unfortunate incident occurred on March 28, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a personal injury and wrongful death lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, Taylor was driving on Singleton at a high rate of speed. Reports indicate that this was when Taylor crashed into Maricela Mendoza’s vehicle. As a result of the crash, Maricela Mendoza and Dulce Mendoza were taken to receive emergency medical treatment. Pamela Mendoza, Lizbeth Mendoza, and Bryan Mendoza died as a result of the extreme injuries they sustained. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the Mendoza’s friends and family.

Why was the driver allegedly speeding? Was the distracted or driving under the influence? Are there any other factors missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits.
