Jackson Alexander died in McDade, Texas wrong-way car accident. Alexander, Angelica Ortega, and Aaron Galvis died in the crash as well. This unfortunate incident occurred on March 4, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, a vehicle being driven by Ortega was traveling on Highway 290 the wrong-way with Galvis as a passenger. Reports indicate that this was when Ortega’s vehicle collided head-on with the Alexander’s vehicle. Jennifer and Alexander sustained injuries in the crash, but their condition was not reported. Ortega, Galvis, and and Jackson Alexander died as a result of the extreme injuries they sustained. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of those involved.
