Donald Douglas Hanson died in a car accident in El Paso, Texas. Alysia Forker was the other person involved in the accident. The unfortunate incident occurred on March 12, 2016. We would anticipate that this case may result in a wrongful death lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

According to reports, Hanson was driving his motorcycle on Loop 375 and for an unknown reason fell off as he exited the highway. Reports indicate that this was when Forker hit Hanson with her car. Hanson died as a result of the extreme injuries he sustained. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the friends and family of Hanson.

It is always sad to hear about fatal collisions, and this accident is equally as sad. The roads are always a place where unpredictable moments take place. That is why driving safely is so important.

Why did the vehicle hit Hanson? Are there any other factors missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a wrongful death lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding wrongful death lawsuits.
