Kelli Paschall and Joel Inklebarger hurt in Lubbock accident

On Behalf of | Dec 13, 2015 | Personal Injury -- Plaintiff |

Kelli Paschall hurt in a car accident in Lubbock, Texas. Joel Inklebarger was hurt in the accident as well. The unfortunate accident occurred on December 9, 2015. We would anticipate that this case may result in a personal injury lawsuit, especially once the investigation is complete.

Inklebarger was driving on Highway 84 in his vehicle. Paschall was driving the opposite direction on the side of the highway where Inklebarger was. A few moments later, Paschall crashed head-on into Inklebarger’s vehicle. Inklebarger sustained injuries and was taken to receive medical treatment. He is still in the hospital and his condition is satisfactory. Paschall was hurt in the accident as well and was taken to the hospital. She is still in the hospital as well. Our prayers and deepest sympathies go out to Inklebarger and Paschall. We hope they make a speedy recovery.

It is always sad to hear about car collisions and this one is equally as sad. The roadways and highways are a place where unpredictable moments happen and that is why safety is so important.

Why was Paschall headed the wrong way? Was she distracted or under the influence? What other factors are missing from this report?

Although the police are doing their own investigating, they cannot always be fully relied upon. There are some questions that may still need answers and some actions that may need explanations. Personal injury lawyers do not always rely on the police reports. They often hire private investigators to find the answers to additional questions. Investigators often obtain helpful information that is not included in the police report, information that family members sometimes want to know.

The facts of this case may support a personal injury lawsuit. The Weaver Law Firm understands that family and friends may have plenty of questions regarding personal injury lawsuits.
